With the rapid development of animal husbandry, antibiotics drug usage has also been increasing year by year. Usage of antibiotics drugs increased year by year. Antibiotic pollution attracts much attention gradually. Especially in Inner Mongolia, where stockbreeding is one of the major industries, veterinary antibitics are used widely and discharged to the environment. Black carbon/biochars plays an important role in organic pollutants migration and bio-availability. This topic have regard veterinary streptomycin as a target pollutant. Batch sorption methods were empolyed to reveal adsorption and desorption of antibiotic streptomycin in biochars and soil with biochars, as well as the aging of soil have effect on adsorption and desorption of streptomycin. In this study, corn straw and cow dung as the target carbon source, biomass carbon can be obtained in different calcination conditions and different treatment. The properties of biochar was characterized by elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, FTIR (infrared spectroscopy), SEM (scanning electron microscopy), BET-N2 (surface area), cation exchange capacity (CEC) and pore size distribution.Adsorption desorption isotherm for streptomycin by biochar can be fitted with Freundlich model. Compared with biomass carbon disposed in water wash treatment, biochars disposed in mineral acid wash treatment had a better adsorption ability of streptomycin. Biochars were produced under different temperatures, with the increase of pyrolysis temperature, adsorption and desorption ability of streptomycin enhanced. Biochars, which produced under 700℃, adsorption properties are superior to acid black carbon, this reseaon may include (1)remarkable hole effect, (2) containing oxygen functional groups, (3)cation exchange capacity. For the adsorption process, the adsorption effect of the relative contribution was bigger than the relative contribution of distribution function, adsorption and partition process on the adsorption of streptomycin plays promoting role. Streptomycin in natural biological carbon on combustion desorption have time lag, and desorption ability of the biochars produced under limited oxygen were fast. Considering the effects of environmental factors, at about pH 6.0, biochars adsorption of streptomycin was the strongest; in addition, the humus join inhibited the adsorption of streptomycin due to the presence of competitive adsorption. The soil enhanced the adsorption capacity of streptomycinin accordance with the proportion of 1% after adding biochar. This is important for the evaluation of biomass carbon adsorption of streptomycin in soil contribution. The adsorption and desorption of streptomycin after aging diminished capacity, this may due to the cation exchange capacity decreased and organic matter hinders the adsorption sites.
