In the Gas fields of high product and large capacity,it’s in common that using Glycol as inhibitor dehydration process of cryogenic separation.kela 2 central processing plant used this technology for dehydration of natural gas,but for a long time,there has some problems with the operation of the device,it include big loss amount of Glycol, big loss of energy of regeneration system,etc.To solve these problems, by using HYSYS software to establish accurate and reasonable model of Glycol circulating process,by analyzing Glycol injection and the temperature of natural gas pre-cooling and the temperature of cryogenic separation and the temperature when system formed hydrate, in totally,to explored the reasons of big loss of Glycol.By analyzing the temperature of overhead reflux in regeneration tower and the overhead reflux ratio in regeneration tower and the temperature of reboiler and the concentration of regenerate Glycol,and by analyzing the interaction relationship of these parameters to establish reasonable optimization project.Based on the control of reducing the loss of energy of Glycol circulating proces and the control of reasonable Glycol injection to make the system of Glycol circulation process been optimized.By analyzing the HYSYS that it’s insufficient on the problem of optimization,and basing on the platform of MTLAB,further more,constructing and training reasonable BP neural network which is based on the platform of MTLAB and doing deeply optimized for the parameters,which is affected the loss of energy of Glycol circulating process.Using the result of parameter optimization and preparing reasonable program of parameter optimization to do test running at site.Research indicates that The running error of HYSYS model of Kela 2 central processing plant Glycol circulating process is less than 10%,and the running error of the energy loss circulating process between BP neural network and HYSYS model is less than 3%.The parameter optimization result that the total energy loss had reduced 35.81%,and the theoretical Glycol injection had reduced 45.92%,and the actual Glycol injection had reduced29%~35%.the test running result of optimization parameters indicated that the loss of Glycol had reduced about 44%.
