During the process of well drilling,it is inevitable that sewage is produced which has complex components and hard to be treated. So efficient innocent treatment is needed in the process to prevent human and environment from being damaged directly or indirectly from it.There are still limitations in the technology of sewage treatment existing nowadays such as sensitivity to the components、high cost of treatment、need of additional chemical agents and so on which decided that these technologies can not satisfy the extensity and time-limitness at the spot of well drilling,so its promotion and application are limited.This paper focuses on the difficulties of sewage treatment,studied physical evaporation treatment of sewage and the major works are as followings:(1) An experiment was designed to study the situation of evaporation under different components by analyzing the constituents and characteristics of sewage and water quality after treatment was contrasted and analyzed.After that,we established a magnitude relation model between water quality after treatment and evaporation temperature,and the conclusion that the best evaporation temperature is 79℃ was drawed.What is more,the relationship between evaporation temperature and productivity was studied in this paper at the same time. We optimized the structure and running parameters by focusing the problems came out of the prototype during the process of experiment,and carried out serial running experiment test of two different kinds of sewage components,we can see that equipments were running well and each index of water quality had great stability.Nevertheless,the result showed that single evaporation treatment can not make the quantity of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)and oil index satisfy the IMO TierⅡ of GB 8978—1996,which means that other technologies are needed.(2) A kind of sewage treatment technology which is based on Mechamical Vapor Recompression(MVR) was raised on the basis of study on the sewage evaporation and candensation,and theoretical calculation optimization of main parameters and lectotype of equipments were finished,in addition,installtion and trial run of indoor medium prototype was also finished.(3) A kind of technology which can be applied to different component sewage which is based on MVR:aeration-demulsification-filter press-MVR,low temperature evaporation-oil removing-active carbon absorbing-ion exchange,which has the function of gurantee that each index of water after treatment satisfy the national emission standards.And the technology has been designed to be skid mounted to avoid the repeat building of sewage treatment equipment which is convinient for being transported.The innocent and reduction treatment of sewage was achieved after all the previous works and the environment damage was eliminated.What is better,the technology has the chracters of high degree of automation、convenience and secure of hanle、low treatment cost and high satisfication to the need of well relocation after being skid mounted,which has predictable market prospect.
