In recent years,Trichoderma in the field of food industry, biological, agricultural development, paper and textile industry, brewing and environmental protection has been applied in many aspects.Especially Trichoderma enzyme functions in the field of food fermentation is gaining more and more attention and explore.In order to lay the foundation for the development and application of Trichoderma in the food industry and agriculture Biocontrol.In this paper,collected isolated from 15 cities in Northeast China different crop rhizosphere soil of Trichoderma as a test sample,Trichoderma separation,classification and identification of morphology and genetics, antagonistic Trichoderma sp functional evaluation and optimization of fermentation conditions for cellulase production, and several other aspects of the study.This paper mainly completed the following elements.135 soil samples collected in parts of the Northeast,Isolated Trichoderma 173,By the methods of observation and ITS-rDNA sequences in the NCBI Blast database comparison.Results were identified 10 kinds of Trichoderma. They were T.asperellum, T.brevicompactum, T.longibrachiatum, T.atroviride, T.erinaceum, T.harzianum, T.re esei, T.koningiopsis, T.hamatum, T.velutinum.Among them,T.asperellum,T.velutinum and T.brevicompactum have a higher population advantage in the Northeast.Accounting for 24.85%,18.49% and 15.02% of the number separately.Dual culture plates and purified by Trichoderma,Screened Trichoderma.B.cinerea and Fusarium inhibitory effect,Screened for B.cinerea inhibitory effect more than 75% of 30 Trichoderma, including:6 T.asperellum,2 T.reesei,2 T.koningiopsis,1 T.brevicompactum,3 T.atroviride,6 T.velutinum,5 T.longibrachiatum and 5 T.harzianum.Which the highest inhibition rate was T.asperellum,Code is CTCCSJ-A-DK1-0009,Inhibition rate reached 88.36%.F.oxysporum inhibitory effect more than 75% of 38 Trichoderma,including:13 T.asperellum,1 T.reesei,2 T.koningiopsis,6 T.brevicompactum,2 T.atroviride,5 T.velutinum,5 T.longibrachiatum,4 T.harzianum.Wherein inhibition of F.oxysporum highest rate was T.asperellum,Code is CTCCSJ-A-YM1-00155, Inhibition rate reached 88.26%.Active substance Trichoderma enzymes secreted cellulase, chitinase and extracellular protease is of great value in the food industry, agriculture, environmental protection and fermentation industry. Screening to Trichoderma three enzymatic activity were primary and secondary screening,Using DNS inhibition zone method and chromogenic method,Finally Trichoderma cellulase activity, chitinase activity and extracellular proteinase activity in the early stages of fermentation activity are all on the rise, the highest activity for the first fermentation time 4d, after the enzymatic activity over time and gradually reduced.Trichoderma is a cellulase production ability of fungi,Optimization of Trichoderma cellulase fermentation process for producing fermented food industry have greater value.In this case by Design-expert model of software, Accordance to fermentation time, fermentation temperature and fermentation liquid volume conditions for cellulase production conditions were optimized.Ultimately determine the optimum fermentation conditions is:fermentation temperature was 30℃, broth medium volume 180mL, fermentation time 110h.
