The large equipment in rock dumping operation area of an ore, which is imported from German KRUPP company, is mainly to undertake the stripping of the rock, and it is the key procedure, whether the equipment operation stability directly affect the production of the mine, the degradation tendency on the key parts needs to depend on experience to judge. Usually, it causes early maintenance or troubleshooting, and leads to a production or equipment accident, and a bad impact at saving costs, reducing faults, and production anterograde adverse. Therefore, for a mobile crushing station key parts of the on-line monitoring system, on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis to its running state, make the right judgments about the transmission and the deteriorating tendency of the moving parts,gudiancing repair work of half mobile crushing plant, to reduce the fault, the line of production to create a good condition.This paper discusses the fault monitoring and diagnosis technology development and application of monitoring and fault diagnosis methods, has analyzed the origin of the common faults of the crusher to vibratie mechanism and the cause of fault, using online monitoring system of crusher to collect signal acquisition and fault monitoring and diagnosis.drive system, motor, reducer, main part of belt transmission device. We can be see through frequency domain analysis, that there are varying degrees of imbalance and wrong phenomenon in the transmission input shaft and output shaft of the crusher, gear box bearing wears slightly; At the same time the 3 # belt transmission gear reducer base soft feet and loose phenomenon exists. Above shows that on-line monitoring system for monitoring and diagnosis in the crusher drive system effect is obvious, makes it come true that running condition monitoring and fault diagnosisfor key equipment provide, provides the basis for equipment maintenance, maintenance.On the basis of spectral analysis, using wavelet analysis method to analyze for rolling bearing fault, through the establishment of the theory model and the analysis of rolling bearing outer ring, inner ring, the vibration signal rolling body which have damage,proves the constructed rolling bearing outer ring, inner ring, rolling body single damage points caused by vibration signal as well as the simulation of the rolling bearing fault signal, can reflect the actual signal of rolling bearing has a damage point. Also prove little ripples and wavelet packet analysis has good signal de-noising ability and good ability of local analysis. It has been proved that effectiveness and accuracythe using the wavelet analysis method to judge the early faults diagnosis of rolling bearing, through the test of rolling bearing experiment analysis.
