Hot embossing molding has the advantages of low cost, simple operation, small internal stress, and has been widely used in scientific research and production.Micro mould is an important tool to carry out the polymer hot embossing, and the The topology structure is also an important part of polymer molding.It can effectively reduce costs, improve efficiency to carry out for polymer micro heat pressing molding and micro mold structure of polymer micro pressure shaping.In this paper, the formation and the properties of the polymer in different topologies are analyzed, which was combined with the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.11372286)The established constitutive model of polymer material, use a combination of experimental and simulation methods, the research hot embossing mold topological structure of polymer flow front morphology and formation height effect. The hierarchical micro/nano structures can be enhanced through spinning and electrospinning combined for micro pressure molding technology development preparation issued.The specific contents are as follows:The viscoelastic characteristics of polymer in the process of deformation are discussed by means of rheological mechanism, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent hot press molding.In order to get more accurate simulation results, this paper establish the model parameters for the PMMA polymer and different research different temperature strain rate curve model changes through uniaxial compression experiment, and the temperature equivalent principle and the molecular chain motion characteristic curve of the detailed explanation.
