The Research Of National Ecological Governance Under The Version Of Ecological Marxism

In recent years, China’s economy has been through a splendid period. We are on the way of building a whole well-off society and telling a wonderful story to the world about China at the same time. However, a series of ecological crises has been caused by the booming of economy. The increasingly serious ecological has sent a warning sigh to us. To achieve the “Chinese dream” about the green rejuvenation of the nation, it is necessary for us to incorporate ecological management into the scope of state governance. And we should absorb the beneficial results both at home and abroad. In the 1970 s, Ecological Marxism was born from Western Marxism, and it provided a theoretical support to the ecological management of the nation. On the basis of the related literature at home and abroad, this paper tries to set some basic perspective of Ecological Marxism as the viewpoint and mainly focus on the necessity of National Ecological Management. And this paper also makes a summery about the European and American countries in the field of National Ecological Management from a multidimensional perspective of Ecological Marxism. This would enlighten the improvement of the National Ecological Management of our country. The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction of this article. And this part summarizes the necessity of studying Ecological Management Ability, both theoretically and practically, under the horizon of Ecological Marxism. This paper also expounds the research status at home and abroad, thus would provide an important theoretical basis for the writing of the rest part of this article.The second part, defines the connotation of Ecological Marxism and National Ecological Management Ability in a comprehensive way, and also talks about the necessity of National Ecological Management. The Ecological Marxism is generally believed that the ecological crisis is caused by the logic of capitalism, combined with the dissimilation of consumption, ecological colonialism, and the catalytic results of eco-anarchism. And this just echoes the ability of National Ecological Management. Combine these 2 main points together we can not only seek the cause of ecological problems, enrich the system of National Ecological Governance System, but also add new meaning to Ecological Marxism.The third part analysis the successful cases of ecological management of the European and American countries, mainly in the perspective of Ecological Marxism. And this is also the innovation part of this paper. This article deeply analysis the practice of ecological management in European and American countries from five dimensions as follow: 1.the dynamic role of consciousness; 2. from the perspective of “Natural limitation”; 3.the attitude to science and technology that Ecological Marxist scholars hold in the game of man and nature; 4.”Red and green alliances” under “New anthropocentrism” represented by Pepper; 5.the ecological democracy. And these provide constructive ideas to the improvement of the ability about National Ecological Management.The fourth part mainly states about the enlightenment that Ecological Marxism brings to the improvement about the ability of National Ecological management of our country. And this part makes an overall summary of the whole article. This part combines with the reality of our country and the features of national ecological management. Thus would make a correspondence to the necessity of Ecological Management that has talked about in the second part. It also includes the practical results of the European and American countries and summarizes the measures of Ecological Governance with the characters of Ecological Marxism at the same time.
