Preforming machine divided into intermittent and continuous, compared to continuous type prefoaming machine, intermittent preforming machine cylinder body adopts a closed type foaming, high heat energy utilization rate, less steam demand, compared to continuous type prefoaming machine can save more than half of the resource consumption. Intermittent pregenerator twice before and after the material with a certain time interval, the easy problem to make timely adjustments to avoid causing a greater loss. So this will be for intermittent pregenerator exist a series of problems to make corresponding improvement and research, this paper studies the following aspects of research work:Based on the characteristics of EPS intermittent preforming machine composition, structure characteristics, working principle and separation of the material, and also introduced the physical properties of EPS was introduced. Study of intermittent preforming machine of out door material and discharging door were theory of dynamic mechanical analysis, mechanical model is established, and makes the corresponding analytical results.The design of intermittent preforming machine will be in the original preforming machine based on making improvement, the double fulcrum with jacket reducer support alternative reducer single fulcrum bracket, the double fulcrum ensure mixing axis coaxial degree, the water jacket can play to reduce overheating. The stirring rod is arranged in a spiral ascending mode, and ensures that the material is mixed as well as possible in the process of mixing. The access door and mirror device combo, designed as a whole, more compact structure, saving resources. At the bottom of the air intakes increase annular scattered steam ring, ring opening, the area of about 2-3 times the inlet in increasing air outlet quantity at the same time to ensure the steam enters into the mixing uniformity.
