In recent years, the limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology has been widely applied in coal-fired power plant, in order to solve the problem of the technology of desulfurization gypsum reuse, this paper uses the disc type vacuum dryer was carried out on the desulfurization gypsum dehydration processing, it is based on enterprise development project” disc type vacuum dewatering machine control system design and machining method research”, on the basis of analyzing the working principle and technological process of the disc type vacuum dewatering machine, designed to meet the requirments of the desulfurization control system and the required processing equipment, in order to improve the efficiency of the dewatering machine.This paper relys on the SIEMENS smart S7-200(lower machine) and SIEMENS series touch screen(PC) to control the disc type vacuum dewatering machine, and monitor its operational status and related parameters to achieve the parameters line changes,in order to achieve automated operation of the system. The design also has a good human-computer interaction environment, improving the flexibility and security of the system to a great extent, this not only ensures the smooth running of the dewatering machine, reduces labor intensity, but also saves energy and reduces consumption, improves the efficiency of desulfurization.During the debugging of dewatering machine control system we found that the scraper scraped unevenly caused by out-of-flatness of the disc. Taking full account of disc vacuum dewatering machine frame structure characteristics, grinding process was chosen to ensure the flatness of the disk. This paper did so much to design a plane of the disc processing apparatus. With the modular design method, selected the linear guide dovetail slide, worm wheel or worm, grinding wheels and other major components. After selecting the sensor, the feed rate was adjusted to ensure the scraper can scrap evenly.The disc vacuum dewatering machine control system which this paper designed has been put into practical application. The device can operate automatically and meet the design requirements. The plane of the disc processing apparatus which is theoretically feasible achieves the requirements of flatness of the disc. It is simple and economical so that the manufacturers will have more options when choose disc vacuum dryer.
