In recent years, with the increase of mining depth, rock bursts occur more and more frequent, brought great hidden danger to people’s production. Paper based on catastrophe theory, compared the light bubble unloading, Hopkinson bar(SHPB) pressure bar method and shortcomings of the existing proposed test methods for dielectric loaded SCA loading, and through a variety of dielectric loaded SCA test compared, selected dielectric loaded scaiii as loading medium in this experiment.Then in big load stress strain test platform to build the dynamic load stress test rig, loaded with dielectric SCA two-way loading of similar material, and USES the soil stress sensor, borehole stress meter, test instruments, such as dynamic signal testing equipment of roadway surrounding rock stress and strain were tested, successful captures the dynamic load signal, to verify the loading medium SCA dynamic load characteristics, for dynamic load of surrounding rock of roadway.Loading medium SCA dynamic load effect and good sealing effect, to achieve the dynamic load test bench 11 mpa, meet the requirements of the dynamic load of high stress; On the analysis of the uniaxial and triaxial loading test on the basis of the bidirectional loads are presented, using the soil stress sensor, borehole stress roadway of radial strain gauge measurement; Loading medium SCA dynamic load characteristics, stress, compaction of surrounding rock of roadway began to gather the elastic energy, when the elastic energy is more than the withstanding capability of the surrounding rock of roadway, instantaneous destruction of roadway rock burst occurs.
