The usage of gas purification plant’s low temperature heat source, Separating and diluting high salt and high organic pollution gas field water by low-temperature multi-effect distillation, (LT-MED).It is key technologies that high sulfur gas exploration and cleaner production. However, there is seriously foam in evaporate progress, the bubble entrainment is seriously interfere with evaporate system; what’s more, a great number of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in wastewater get into Condensate. It’s lead to distilled water smell oddly and water quality bad. The paper research on problems that high sulfur gas field’s high salt gas water in evaporate progress, Focus on:(1) Analysis the gas water foam reason in LT-MED and control foamThe GS-MS showed that, there is great number of 1H-Imidazole-1-ethanol, 2-(heptadecenyi)-4,5-di-hydro in wastewater. it’s come from high sulfur gas field’ inhibitor, The inhibitor’Surfactants lead to high salt gas water seriously foam in LT-MED. Adopting four process technologies to control foam, including Coagulation n Air stripping、Protein foam separator and Adsorption and Coagulation integration. The adsorption and coagulation integration have significant effect under conditions that adsorbent is 600mg/L,coagulant is 300mg/L,pH value is 7,adsorbing and coagulating time is 15min. under this conditions, the foam stability time is less than 0.42min, meeting the requirements of LT-MED. the material structural analysis showed that the 1H-Imidazole-1-ethanol,2-(heptadecenyl)-4,5-dihydro have been adsorbed removal by adsorbent’ porous surface structure characteristic.(2) Research on distilled water quality controlA great number of VOCs in Gas field water lead to distilled water’ CODcr value(300mg/L-400mg/L) beyond industrial recycling water’CODcr (less than 60mg/L) Standard, and have oddly smell, IR showed that the main pollutant in distilled water is aromatic compounds alky as substituent. Adopting four Process technologies to deeply purify distilled water including Coagulation technologies、Active sludge% Fenton oxidation and Ozone oxidation. Selecting four coagulant PAC,PFC,PAFC,PAFSI in Coagulation technologies, PAFSI have significant effect, the CODcr value removal efficiency rate is 29%;The distilled water’s poor biodegradability,so the active sludge technologies is not ideal; Fenton oxidation condition:The ratio of H2O2 and Fe2+ is 2:l,pH value is 3,oxidate time is 2h,the CODcr degradation rate is 40%.The CODcr value degradation rate is the most when ozone oxidized distilled water. The Ozone concentration is 100mg/L, the dosage of ozone is 13.27mg/min, the ratio reaction column height to packing layer height is 3:1,oxidate time is 60min,the CODCT degradation rate is 84%.In this conditions, the CODcr value is reached 58.5mg/L.IR showed that,hydroxyl radicals degraded aromatic compounds progress is that:firstly, hydroxyl radicals oxidized aromatic compounds’substituent; Then the aromatic compounds ring-opening by hydroxyl radicals; At last, hydroxyl radicals oxidated Macromolecule to carbon dioxide and water.(3) Based on the indoor research, testing and verifying the indoor results in high sulfur gas field.
