In this study, collected 268 Brassica napus L. and Brassica campestris L. from different provinces(autonomous regions).According to the principle of near infrared spectroscopy technique, using Partial Least Squares, selected 63 rapeseed randomly, toestablish the calibration model of moisture, ash, beta carotene, tocopherol, and 15 rapeseed to verify the accuracy of the calibration model. As well as, selected 63 rapeseed randomly,to establish the calibration model of oil, protein, phytic acid, sinapine, phospholipid, sterol, and 20 rapeseed to verify the precision of the calibration model.Using the calibration model of rapeseed component to predict the content of 256 Brassica napus L. component, and analysis the effect of different altitude to the characteristics distribution of each component content of Brassica napus L.The main results were summerized below:1 Using Partial Least Squares to establish the calibration model of each component content of rapeseed by optimizing spectral interval, selecting appropriatemethod of spectral pretreatment, determining optimal main factor number and eliminating abnormal samples. The correlation coefficient of calibration Rc and verification coefficient of moisture content were 0.9991,0.9306,the correlation coefficient of calibration Rc and verification coefficient of oil content were0.9956,0.9845, the correlation coefficient of calibration Rc and verification coefficient of protein content were 0.9958,0.9895, the correlation coefficient of calibration Rc and verification coefficient of ash content were 0.9872,0.9034, the correlation coefficient of calibration Rc and verification coefficient of phytic acid content were 0.9412,0.9447, the correlation coefficient of calibration Rc and verification coefficient of beta carotene content were 0.8342,0.8061, the correlation coefficient of calibration Rc and verification coefficient of sinapine content were 0.8253、 0.7931, the correlation coefficient of calibration Rc and verification coefficient of sinapine content were 0.8253、0.7931, the correlation coefficient of calibration Rc and verification coefficient of phospholipid content were 0.8564,0.8621, the correlation coefficient of calibration Rc and verification coefficient of tocopherol content were 0.7621,0.7113, the correlation coefficient of calibration Rc and verification coefficient of sterol content were 0.8236、0.6878.Recults showed that the determination results of near infrared spectroscopy technique of each component content was within the error of GB standard method,to meet the requirment of rapid determination in each component content of rapeseed when using in variety breeding, production, purchase, storage and deep processing.2.Analys the nutritional components and antinutrional components of rapeseed, rapeseed oil and rapeseed meal in different regions, the oil content of 12 varieties rapeseed more than 45%,the protein content of 13 varieties rapeseed is more than 45%,in rapeseed, 4 varieties phytic acid content is less than 1.5%,43 varieties sinapine content is less than 1%,in rapeseed oil,6 varieties beita-carotene content is more than 60mg/Kg,7 varieties phospholipid content is more than 1.9%,9 varieties tocopherol content is more than 0.25%, 23 varieties sterol content is more than 0.25%.3. Collected 4 same varieties Brassica napus L. in different altiude,Initially, the oil content, phytic acid content in rapeseed is increased with altitude,Preliminary show the content of rapeseed were correlated with altitude, the protein content decreased with the decreasing altitude, showed a negative correlation with altitude, the phospholid content in 354m is slightly higher, basic showed a negative correlation.Moisture,ash,beta-carotene, sinapine, tocopherols, sterols content had no significant correlation with altitude.
