Glass fiber as excellent reinforced material, was widely used in composite materials. In this paper, the glass fiber was put in the dopamine solution which was configured before. Through the dopamine oxidation polymerization poly dopamine coating on the surface of glass fiber, and then choose the boron nitride, nano silica, nano zinc oxide three kinds of nanometer materials on the glass fiber surface modification, dopamine as coupling agent of nano particles and glass fiber, the nano-micro level multi-scale reinforced structure was constructed. The spectrometer group on the surface of the glass fiber was characterized by FT-IR. The result showed that the surface of glass fiber was coated by dopaming coating successfully. The elements, phase composition, surface morphology of glass fiber surface was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) respectively. The results showed that the surface of the glass fiber was coated by the nano-particles.If the dynamic contact angle test method was suitable for glass fiber, the influence of test speed and immersion depth on dynamic contact angle of glass fiber and law of wetting was studied.The proper resin with glass fiber and modification was chosen and compound, the boron nitride modified glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 composites was achieved.The properties of composites with different fillers were investigated by electronic universal testing machine, impact tester, shaw hardness tester, thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA) and thermal conductivity analyzer. The mechnical performance analysis showed that when the pure glass fiber content is 30%, tensile strength, tensile modulus, bending strength and impact strength of pure glass fiber reinforced nylon6 composite materials reached maxium. When nano boron nitride was added, the decomposition of composite materials was accelerated, the initial decomposition temperature and thermal decomposition temperature are fastest in advance. Through the coefficient of thermal conductivity measurement showed that after nano boron nitride added composite material coefficient of thermal conductivity increased dramatically, when nano boron nitride addition amount for 18% of the total quality of material, composite material coefficient of thermal conductivity maxium.
