The main contents in this paper including two parts:Preliminary properties and some basic applications of the mesoscale structure (SMAs) in alcohol-water solution; Properties and applications of micro nano bubble (MNBs) solution.Part 1, the preliminary properties of SMAs in alcohol-water solution At present, for SMAs, the formation mechanism and the structure of it are the research hotspots. There are still lots of confuses in this filed. In this paper, we are looking forward to improve these theories.In this paper, we developed a new mixing approach to control the formation of SMAs in alcohol-water solution. By different methods, the mesoscale structure of alcohol-water solution is totally different. By Interface Spreading Dissolution Method (ISDM), there are almost no SMAs structure in alcohol-water solution. By Injection of Fragmentation Dispersion Method (IFDM), the concentration of SMAs in alcohol-water solution is very high.The degassed alcohol experiments results shows that, the formation of SMAs is closely related to the amount gas in alcohol. ATR-FTIR experiments shows that the resonantly coupled absorption peaks might be related to the hydration shell structure which is at the interface of the SMAs. The dynamic surface tension experiments shows that the distribution of alcohol in aqueous solution is obviously different for the new-mixed solution. It may suggests us a new way to separate organics. The analogous organic solvents’experiments shows that the above methods are scalable.Moreover, A higher ratio of alcohol in the aqueous solution could be benefit to extend the life of the SMAs. The SMAs could depart or merger in the solution. The inside of SMAs might be a alcohol phase with high concentration of gases. SMAs’ life span might be closely relate to the defect on the surface of the SMAs, which is called dangling hydrogen bond. The dangling hydrogen bonds are wildly regarded as a active spot in aqueous solution for bio-chem reaction.Part 2, the preliminary applications of SMAs in alcohol-water solutionThe SMAs in aqueous shows a closely relationship with preconcentration of hydrophobic substance and confinement effects of fluorescent substance in SMAs. And, by the analogous experiments of other organic solvents, it shows a similar outcomes.There are SMAs existed in the TEOS-alcohol solution. SMAs might make some different to the formation of SiO2 NPs. It might be the first time, we traced the growing procedure of SiO2 NPs by NTA system. That is consistent with the widely accepted Nucleation and Growth Mechanism of SiO2 NPs. On the basis of produce SMAs method, we come up with a new approach to prepare SiO2 NPs.Part 3, the preliminary properties and applications ofM&NBs solution.In this paper, we put forward the advantage of MNBs solution to retain oxygen. The oxygen dissipation rate of MNBs solution is lower than no MNBs solution, even the oxygen concentration is at the same level. And, we speculate that the other gases should follows the similar law.According to the experiment out comes, MNBs solution shows an active effect to improve the germination rate, and shorter the germination period. What’s more, it could promote the activity of catalase, which could reach a high level in advance.MNBs solution could increase the mobility of cement slurry. As result, the internal structure of cement specimens is improved, then the strength of specimen shows a significant improving; MNBs solution could increase the specific heat significantly. It shows a considerable prospect in the filed of heat preservation building materials.
