In the beverage manufacturing industry, The quality of products, hygiene supervision are rising in recent years.also accelerated the production of various beverage manufacturers of the introduction of automated detection equipment, and beverage PET bottle sealing performance has a direct impact on product quality. This paper aims to develop an ARM+DSP based PET bottle sealing quality real-time online detection system, to achieve quality PET cover online, real-time and high-speed detection.In this paper, PET bottle sealing as the research object, using the ARM+DSP dual-core control methods in the analysis of the bottle sealing on the basis of quality characteristics, combined with the system’s design goals, the design of Design the PET bottle sealing quality online detection system of the whole plan To achieve high quality PET bottle sealing online detection. Both to meet the machine vision system integration, portability needs. There is a high practical value. System divided by function for the image acquisition system, the image processing system, motion control and management system of three parts. The main contents of the parts can be summarized as follows:1. DSP-based image acquisition system, The DSP reads the original data stream directly through the image sensor MT9T001, greatly improving the speed of image acquisition. In addition,Compared with other image acquisition system, the original data stream has the characteristics of high speed and high precision.2. DSP-based image processing system, including image preprocessing algorithms and core processing algorithms of two parts. The image processing system of algorithms are adhering to stability of the standards for the design, operation of different algorithms by comparing the time and the reliability of the detection algorithm to complete the process design, the system to optimize the efficiency and precision.3. ARM-based motion control system, including the various parts of the motion control system hardware module interface circuit design and ARM processor-based Linux systems basal 10 port driver and software control flow is achieved.
