Olecranon honey Peach is the best peach varieties in Guangdong.province, it has cultivated decade in Lianping district. Currently, the Olecranon honey Peach’s planting area has reach 2.7×102hm2, it’s annual output has has more than 600,00 tons. The output value was over 120 million yuan each past year.Olecranon honey Peach is one kind of good peach containing a lot of nutrition such as vitamin, mineral and fibrino, with high water content, sugar content and good flavor. Were the storage period prolonged. Not only the people’s demand on fresh fruit satisfied, higher returns also easily got. But it is intolerant storage, it will be soft in 10 d on the room temperature,and therefore extend the storage period olecranon honey peach is necessary.In this paper,The storage traits of post-harvest olecranon honey peach was studied. The performance of olecranon honey peach at different storage temperature, spontaneous gas packaging storage were preliminarystudied, and the change process of inclusions content during storage time were also studied. The results will provide a preliminary theoretical basis for the storage of olecranon honey Peach.1. The temperature most suitable for the storage of olecranon honey Peach was studied, the results showed that under the temperature condition of 2°C the storage traits of olecranon honey peach is best of all three temperature, after 30 ds stored, the hardness is 6.2 Kg/cm2, weight loss rate is 9.1%, soluble solids content is 7.8%, taste and flavor is good.by the end of the storage, the good fruit rate amounted to 78.8%.2. The olecranon honey peach was packaged by NP bags, PVC bag and PE voluntary modified atmosphere three processing under the same temperature condition, the results shows that the PVC voluntary modified atmosphere packaging of chick peach stored effect best, in 10 d storage time, the hardness of the fruit is 7.3 Kg/cm2, the content of soluble solids maintain at 7.4%, the content of vitamin C is 4.7 mg / 100 g, real total acid content is 0.182%, the weightlessness rate was 1.9%, soluble sugar content is 5.7%, the rate of good fruit amounted to 61.8%.3. The olecranon honey peach packaged by NP, PE,PVC three different material stored in low temperature(1℃~3℃)quantity,Three different preservation materials also keep the hardness and acid content of the peach significantly, the content of solid soluble solids, soluble sugar, vitamin C content were also maintained. The storage effect of PVC packaging was best of all,which can effectively reduce the intensity of respiration and ethylene production olecranon honey peach.4. There was a better storage effect, lowest rotting and dehydration rate, least lose of main nutrient component for olecranon honey Peach which packaged by PVC whose thickness is 0.035 mm,under the condition of low temperature(1℃~3℃), after storing 50 days. there was a best comprehensive storage effect on the olecranon honey Peach, the rate of good fruit kept over 84.5%.
