A kind of nature material with good biocompability, Mutli-hydroxyl Saccharides has stable structure and many hydroxyl groups and attracted great interested in the field of biomaterials. Saccharides is a containa large category and different Saccharides has different structure and thus different chem-and bio-performance. To meet the need of drug controlled delivery, we investigated the influence of Saccharides to the growth of iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) crystal and prepared Janus nanoparticles with shape memory effect according to the characters of Saccharides.Firstly, glucose, dextran, cellucose, chitosan, cyclodextrin was used to modify iron oxide nanoparticles. These nanoparticles were compared with naked iron oxide nanoparticles and that modified by polyethyleneglycol. Iron oxide will nuclear in the matrix of Saccharides because of the interaction between iron ion and hydroxyl groups. Growth of iron oxide crystal will be inhibited by organic molecule coating attached on the surface of iron oxide crystal. What’s more, growth of iron oxide crystal will be further inhibited by order arrangement of Saccharides molecule.Secondly,.a three-steps method was used to synthesis sucrose-PCL amphipathy molecule. Micro-emulsion method was used to prepare nanoparticle and the nanoparticle wan cross-linked by benzophenone. The nanoparticle can transform to Janus shape which composed of a hydrophilic ball and a hydrophobic half-ball. The Janus shaped nanoparticle can recovery to initial sphere hydrophilic ball in high temperature.Thirdly, cis-platinum and ferrocene was used to test the ability of swallow oil-soluble nanoparticles in water of Janus shaped sucrose-PCL nanoparticle. Hydrophobic particle of Janus shaped sucrose-PCL nanoparticle can attract oil-soluble nanoparticles and encapsulate them by a shape recovery process.
