The main problems is increasing rapeseeds production, at the same time, it is need to improve the quality of rapeseed.The quality of rapeseed is advancing in the maturation process, rapeseeds of different time harvested as test materials (Xiangzayou-753、Zhongyou-1358、Guanyincaitai), according to fat content, fatty acid composition and content trends, protein content, principal component analysis for rapeseed high yield, high quality to produce high-yield, high-quality rapeseed quality provide theoretical support.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1. Three varieties (Xiangzayou-753, Zhongyou-1358, Guanyincaitai) rapeseed in the mature process, grain, oil content, protein content present a trend of increasing. The grain of rapeseeds, in the end the 35d after flowering,32d and 38d up to a maximum of 4.22g and 4.32g and 3.52g; Oil content, in the end the 35d after flowering,32d and 38d up to the highest level,41.3%,37.2% and 31.4%; Protein content in final 29d after flowering,32d and 35d to peak 27.36%,26.6% and 27.36%.Total sugar content showed a trend of decline, the three varieties in all 38d after flowering,35d and 35d dropped to the lowest 14.2%,15.2% and 12.9%.Glucosinolates content varies with different varieties, Xiangzayou-753、 Zhongyou-1358, and the change is not obvious, the glucosinolates content of Guanyincaitai increased dramatically, from 1.1mg/g to 7.0mg/g.2. The three varieties of rapeseed in the mature process, total sugar content and oil content, protein content, glucosinolates content were rendered extremely significant negative correlation between other indicators (protein, fat, glucosinolates glycosidase) are significant or extremely significant positive correlation between, correlation coefficient between the various indicators for three varieties existed differences among cultivars.3. The three varieties of rapeseed saturated fatty acids (palmitic acid and stearic acid) content in a downward trend, the content of hexadecanoic acid, respectively, in the end the 35d after flowering,38d and 35d minimum 4.43%,4.18% and 2.86%;Stearic acid content, respectively, in the end the 35d after flowering,38d and 38d dropped to the lowest,2.25%,2.28% and 2.13%.Three varieties of rapeseed oleic acid content in general is on the rise, in the late mature maximum 78.72%,63.21% and 78.72%respectively.Three varieties of rapeseed polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid and linolenic acid) in the mature process certain fluctuation, including high linoleic acid content of Xiangzayou-753, a slight decline in 32d down to a minimum 8.18% after flowering, the other two varieties of linoleic acid content changes smaller;Linolenic acid content of Xiangzayou-753 showed a trend of small fluctuations, the linolenic acid content of the Zhongyou-1358, and a slight upward trend, respectively after the final spend 35d and 38d reached the highest level of 5.53%,6.53%;The Guanyincaitai extraction of linolenic acid content increased first and then decreased trend.Three rapeseed varieties of long chain fatty acids (Eicosenoic acid and erucic acid content are low, the Xiangzayou-753 Eicosenoic acid content showed a trend of rise modestly, in 38d maximum 1.51% after flowering, and the other two varieties of Eicosenoic acid content is to present a range of fluctuation;Erucic acid content itself is very low and the sampling time is mature the little change.4. The fatty acids in the correlation analysis results show that the three varieties of rapeseed between stearic acid and palmitic acid content are highly significant positive correlation, but the content of oleic acid and stearic acid and palmitic acid content were significantly negative correlation;The correlation between other fatty acids due to the differences among varieties.5. Three varieties of rapeseed quality index of the principal component analysis results show that the Xiangzayou-753 rapeseed first two principal components cumulative contribution rate was 93.883%, and the indices such as grain, oil content, total sugar content of main component, about 35d after comprehensive score indicates that in the final cost for the suitable harvest time of Xiangzayou-753;Zhongyou-1358, before the rapeseed two principal component cumulative contribution rate was 89.254%, and the indices such as grain, oil content, protein content of main component, comprehensive score indicates that in the final cost about 35d after harvest time and suitable for Zhongyou-1358,Guanyincaitai extraction of the first three principal components cumulative contribution rate was 97.836%, the fat content, thousand seed weight, protein content had a greater influence on the index of main component, such as comprehensive score indicates that in the end around 38d after flowering of Guanyincaitai extraction suitable for harvest time.
