With the high-speed development of the world economy, our requirement for energy sources is becoming more and more. Petroleum which is the central strategic resource for economic development is dying-off. Its exploitable yield and storage volume is not a quarter enough. However, the crude oil is affluent resources and it can be the substitution of the petroleum. The project about the crude oil is studying in many countries in the moment. Because of the large amount of the resin and asphalt in the crude oil, it has huge viscosity and high condensation point. Thus, the transportation and exploit are very difficult. So the key point is to reduce the viscosity, the condensation and improve the fluidity.There are three ways to reduce the viscosity in domestic and overseas. We can warm the crude oil, mix the thin oil in crude oil and use chemical ways. Oil-soluble viscosity has the advantages of simple process, small adding amount and easy post-processing. More and more researchers are interested in the oil-soluble viscosity.This study is reducing the viscosity for Linyuan heavy oil. Methyl methacrylate, divinylbenzene and vinyl acetate were used as monomers of polymerization, azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator and ethyl alcohol as solvent to make MDV. Methyl methacrylate, divinylbenzene and stearyl alcohol were used as monomers of polymerization, sodium hydroxide as initiator and dimethylformamide as the solvent to make MDNF. The viscosity reducers were characterize with infrared spectrum, scanning electron microscope and thermal analyser. According to GB T265-1988, kinematic viscosity and dynamic viscosity calculation of Petroleum products were used to calculate the viscosity of Linyuan crude oil. Capillary method determined the viscosity before and after adding viscosity reducers. And make out the apparent viscosity reduction rate and the pure viscosity reduction rate. By means of orthogonal experiment, discuss the influence of the solvent dosage, raw material ratio and response time to the experiment.The paper made out MDV in the first scheme. MDV is a kind of lamina substance and its size is big. After adding MDV into Linyuan crude oil, we got the optimum condition:the amount of ethanol solvent, 100mL; reaction time 5 hours; reaction temperature 70 ℃; the amount of the viscosity 200ppm. The apparent viscosity of Linyuan crude oil was reduced from 180.1114 mm2·s-1 to 58.063 mm2·s-1.The apparent viscosity reduction rate is 67.76% and the pure viscosity reduction rate is 16.06%. The viscosity reduction effect is not so distinct. There were tackify phenomenon sometimes when I changed the conditions.I made out MDNF in the second scheme. MDNF is a kind of spherality particle which the diameter is about 200nm. After adding MDNF into Linyuan crude oil, we got the optimum condition:the amount of solvent,150mL; reaction time 6 hours; the raw material ratio 1:1. The apparent viscosity of Linyuan crude oil was reduced from 180.1114 mm2·s-1 to 90.03 mm2·s-1. The pure viscosity reduction rate is 50.01%. I did not use dimethybenzene in the scheme. So it is safe and environmental protection.
