Micro-injection molding technology is the main molding process of the micro device fabrication. For forming micron accuracy or weight of the micro-metering device milligrams of precision injection molded using conventional screw or plunger injection molding plastics exist serious waste of raw materials, unstable quality molded plastic parts, molded plastic parts molding machine size and volume do not match, and many other shortcomings. To solve these problems, this paper plastics ultrasound and ultrasound-assisted injection technology theoretical basis, micro-injection molding technology combined with its own characteristics, proposed a free piston, screw-free ultrasonic micro-electric injection molding apparatus, its structure ultrasound plastics design and simple mechanism, and analyze vibration characteristics and its ultrasound unit, as follows.First, the combination of ultrasonic plastics injection molding principle and basic characteristics, to determine the overall structure and related structures of micro injection molding parameters of ultrasonic vibration module; and using Ansys software simulation analysis, the vibration of the ultrasonic vibration module design of the ultrasound unit characteristics of research and analysis, to obtain its longitudinal resonance frequency, to study its impact on the design parameters on the vibration characteristics of the structure, structural optimization based on the analysis; the use of harmonic analysis, study ultrasonic vibration module tool head end surface particle amplitude-frequency characteristics; for ultrasonic vibration unit overall structure stress analysis, checking the strength and stiffness of the structure meets the design requirements.Secondly, referring to the traditional micro-injection molding machine injection molding process and the molding process, designed a free piston, screw-free ultrasound electric micro injection molding machine to determine the overall structure of the micro-injection molding machine, injection molding described its work plastics injection process and the principle of ultrasonic micro-electric injection molding machine clamping, guiding mechanism, the drive mechanism injection unit were parts selection, mold structure design systemFinally, the design of ultrasonic electric micro injection molding plastics injection experiments carried ultrasound gantry structures, according to the actual need for plasticizing and injection experiments ultrasound system design, test module ultrasonic vibration resonance frequency, and according to actual needs experimental system for the selection of the polymer material.
