China is rich in coal resources,and the distribution is very broad,and the coal storage in each region is also a great gap.So the model design of roadheader is to meet the needs of different geographical conditions in most areas,and the actual situation, the spare parts must be standardized,so that it is convenient for maintenance and replacement,and to ensure that the boring machine in the underground installation should be simple and convenient in structure design. To meet the above requirements in order to ensure the good development of roadheader.The type of EBZ-160 roadheader working environment for the small and medium section,and is suitable for most areas. So in order to better the development of coal industry,this paper will improve this roadheader.This article will pick on the excavation sequence,structure of crawler board,and other agencies to carry out the corresponding improvement.(1)The improvement of the sequence of bits,first in Pro/Engineer,ANSYS, MATLAB in 3D software on EBZ160 roadheader cutting head and the cutter for 3D modeling,and analyzed by ANSYS,the pick force varies with time,the statistical analysis of the cutting tooth stress value then the deduced theoretical formula to optimize the tooth cutting line spacing.(2)To optimize the structure of crawler board, the article is optimized from two aspects to improve the ability to track from the row of the adhesion ability and silt,this chapter lists three programs,and each program to simulate the tunneling condition, then obtains the result.(3)This chapter will improve telescopic part of roadheader,improve the rock breaking rate,reduce the telescopic fault.Also the lighting system,transportation system of EBZ160 roadheader was improved,improve the working environment.
