China is rich in coal resources, distributed, that is a larger coal producer and consumer country.At present in China’s energy consumption and production in the coal accounts for some 65% of the total energy, will not change the status of a short time.But there is a big problem with coal as main energy, the combustion gas, slag on the environment caused great problems.Of sulfur in coal combustion will produce sulfide, for example, the atmosphere and crops, vegetation etc have very big damage.At the same time can also cause great influence to human body health.Now microbes used for leaching of coal desulfurization is a new desulfurization technology is also a kind of efficient desulfurization method, the principle is the use of biological metabolism of degradation, the desulfurization of coal.The thesis desulfurization strains pseudomonas, using pseudomonas fast reproduction, the characteristics of sulfur in coal consumption as a source of growth.Pseudomonas is emphasized on the cultivation of activation, extraction desulfurization etc. Including the components of culture medium, culture temperature and culture time, the factors influencing table speed etc.And also discusses the pseudomonas in under the action of ultraviolet light, surviving mutagenesis bacteria leaching of Xinyang high sulfur coke desulfurization effect, respectively for mutagenesis 1. Remember mutagenesis 2.By pseudomonas leaching removal Xinyang total sulfur in high sulfur coke, the use of chemical, physical pretreatment of coal sample for experimental study.Using the single factor experiment design combined with orthogonal test method, this paper discusses the coal sample grain size, leaching time, liquid dosage, dilute nitric acid pretreatment on Xinyang high sulfur coal sample time the influence of the coking coal desulfurization, and to determine the impact experiment importance sequence and effect factors of the optimal conditions, to predict the desulfurization rate of maximum.Considered in this paper, the microwave mutagenesis pretreatment of raw coal, the response surface analysis, considering the factors are:bacteria liquid dosage, coal particle size, leaching time, leaching temperature, microwave power, microwave pretreatment time, coal consumption seven factors influence on the desulfurization of pseudomonas.Experimental results of red ball pseudomonas leaching 72/h to Xinyang coal biggest removal rate was 19.5%.Using the orthogonal analysis method, consider microbial quantity, coal particle size, leaching time, leaching temperature, nitric acid pretreatment time five factors, four levels of analysis available to Xinyang coal total sulfur release rate of 58.84% biggest, optimize predict maximum desulphurization rate is 68.30%.Using microwave pretreatment coal sample points and three levels, microwave heating 60 s,90 s and 150 s the response surface analysis, maximum desulphurization rate was 24.49%.The red ball pseudomonas of organic sulfur removal, considering the thermal effect and non-thermal effect of microwave on raw coal, for Xinyang coal desulfurization rate increased by 6.65%.Nitric acid pretreatment of raw coal min 20,40 min,60 min, some of the inorganic sulfur removal, the primary and secondary order of factors affecting:coal processing time nitrate leaching time granularity microbial quantity coal consumption, it can be seen that the coal sample grain size effect on pseudomonas desulfurization rate is greater than the effect of nitric acid pretreatment time, cause a coal particle content of inorganic sulfur content is higher, the greater the desulfurization of nitric acid, pseudomonas, the greater the response.
