According to the 2005-2014 in the mainstream of the Huaihe River (Anhui Section),the analysis of spatial variation of the water quality in Huaihe River in Anhui section by raw data points were examined in this research. Three methods (traditional and innovative) were used to evaluate the water quality, and the innovative method was the evaluation which was an improved fuzzy comprehensive method, it was aim to evaluate the water quality in Huaihe. Taking the results of analysis, judging the applicability and merits of its new method concluded that the the prevention and control of pollution of water quality were proposed of Huaihe River (Anhui section) by analysis results.(1)The analysis of temporal variation feature:Inter-annual variation(the monitoring data was selected in 2005-2014):majority of contaminative factors of CODMn was increased in two monitoring sections between Chuzhou xiaoliuxiang in Anhui and Huaihe bridge in Xuyi, Jiangsu; The concentration of NH3-N was raised in Monitoring section of Huaibin hydrological station in Xinyang, Henan; Other factors of pollution were all at downward trend in the remaining sections. As a whole, the water quality of Huaihe River is gradually getting better. It indicates that the governance of approach is indeed effective in huaibei that is part of Anhui Province.Annual variation(data from the year September 2012 to September 2013 were selected.):Synthesizing tendency of monitoring index and analysis of comprehensive index of water quality identification, which makes a conclusion that water quality has basically reached the III class of water quality indicators in Six sections throughout the year; In terms of seasonal changes,It is easy to find that autumn and winter water quality overweigh spring and summer’s. Thus much more attention about pollution and prevention in Huaihe River should be drawn in the period of spring and summer.Overall, better water quality has shown increasingly in Huaihe river in Auhui region, especially great progress has done in three monitoring sections as followed:Funan Wang Jia Ba in Anhui, Huainan stone port in Anhui and Bengbu gate in Bengbu,Anhui.(2)The analysis of feature of space distribution:This paper selected six typical monitoring sections in the Huaihe River (Anhui section), and applied which illustrated, analyzed and calculated ten year data about water quality. It reflected the concentration and discrete trend of data objectively, as far as possibility eliminate interference and extreme outliers. The best assessment of water quality of Huaibin hydrological station in Xinyang in Henan province was displayed in the box diagram. The second good water quality were given by two monitoring sections that were Bengbu gate in Bengbu, Anhui and Chuzhou, xiaoliuxiang in Anhui.Huainan stone port in Anhui and Jiangsu monitoring sections were poor water quality, the worst water quality was in Anhui Funan Wangjiaba monitoring sections.(3)The results of comprehensive water quality evaluation:In 2008 and 2014, the Huaihe River (Anhui area) water quality is overall optimum; The water quality of monitoring section of Huaihe bridge in Xuyi, Jiangsu in 2014 was worse than that in 2008, and remaining section were improved in different degrees.The overall water quality of Huaihe River (Anhui area) in 2014 has improved compared to 2008.(4)Comparison of evaluative results:The comprehensive identification index of water quality was compared with the results of the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and also contrasted with the artificial neural network method. Not only had the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method the advantages of the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (including when the comprehensive evaluation of water environmental quality involves a large number of complex phenomena and the interaction of various factors, the principle of fuzzy relation synthesis can be used to quantify some boundary conditions, which do not to be easily quantified), but also overcomed the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which is over imbalance. And the integrity of the monitoring data is preserved completely by multiplying the addition algorithm and the weighted average principle.Based on above analysis, it found that the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is more practical.
