Special geological radar technology, this paper adopts the advanced coal mine with complex surrounding rock under the condition of a mine roadway engineering, USES the advanced coal mine special geological radar test system, complete the relevant determination of roadway surrounding rock loose circle, excavating of fault and coal seam and assign the advanced prediction of adverse conditions, such as water, coal roadway roof abscission layer and distribution characteristics of technical content, the theoretical analysis, laboratory test, numerical simulation and field test technology, the research appeared to adapt to the different conditions of surrounding rock and ground pressure characteristics of the supporting structure, designed to adapt to the large deformation of high strength composite support structure, to ensure the long-term stability of the supporting of roadway. We get the following conclusions:1, According to the geological radar application examples underground mine geological radar in the underground mine that has the following applications:seam of coal seam thickness detection, occurrence conditions and aquifer thickness.2, Through the orthogonal experiment, the optimum ratio of flexible high strength concrete, compared with ordinary concrete, improve the tensile strength, splitting properties, flexural strength and impermeability of concrete.3, By comparison with ordinary concrete, high strength concrete sprayed layer flexible polypropylene fibers reduce the stiffness of the spray mixing layer, effectively reduces the concrete cracks and enhance the continuity of material media, weakening the local stress concentration, reduce spalling, roof off the block and so on.4, Polyester fiber reinforced plastic mesh large mesh size, tensile strength and strong, easy to operate, and the acid, not aging, after burying performance remains unchanged. Polyester fiber reinforced plastic mesh with flexible, it can be appropriate relief, and anchor, concrete form the overall rock support systems, play a supporting role to strengthen and improve the strength of the soft surrounding Arch, and enhance the surrounding rock stable.5, Simulation results show that the high-strength composite flexible Lining high bearing strength, ability to resist deformation of the roadway, while the floor heave control effect is obvious. Field test showed that the high-strength flexible composite lining structure cross-section and with the help of two top and bottom accumulation of convergence and convergence rate is small, in the short period of time and roadway surrounding rock deformation stabilized, supporting effect is obvious, and fully reflects the high-strength composite flexible lining structure resistance to soft rock roadway large deformation.
