It has always been a key technical problem how to control chamber’s floor heave in the soft rock roadway.and plagued by many experts and scholars in the field of coal at home and abroad.Although the domestic and foreign experts have proposed many different supports and protections ways, in which often uses included the reinforced supports, the release of pressure supports and the union supports and protections.The treatment effect is good,but there are many shortcomings can not be ignored, such as release of pressure supports is used to construction can destroy the stability of surrounding rock itself in the used construction, and reduce the bearing capacity. While the the union supports and protections is good for supporting effect, it has the second repair problems in the construction site.Many questions like this will bring the adverse effect for the coal mine safety production.Therefore, it has become one of the important subject in how to effectively control chamber’s floor heave.This thesis mainly take Zhu Xianzhuang of II857 the pedestrian tunnel as the research object.It elaborated the basic features of soft rock, failure mechanism and control measures,and analyzed the mechanism of floor heave.A soft rock roadway floor heave mechanical model was set up,and the depth of the development of plastic zone was calculated. In addition, we conduct the simulation analysis under the condition of no supporting tunnel by MIDAS/GTS,and introduce five of the tunnel supporting schemes.Through the tunnel adjacent formation destruction process based on the five kinds of roadway, and the result of tunnel adjacent formation stress, the displacement and the distortion characteristic separately,compared with five kinds of supporting schemes on advantages and disadvantages,we determine the anchor wire rope and floor grouting and lag grouting as the best treatment plan eventually.Thesis research has been applied in Zhu Xianzhuang of II857 the pedestrian tunnel and provide theoretical guidance.And analysis shows,the displacement adjacent formation in soft rock roadway significantly decrease, chamber’s floor heave also get effective control, and achieve the expected results.The research results provides important reference value on the similar projects of floor heave in the future...
