| Application or research of biological treatment technology are applied in some oil field area. At present, oil refineries and gas fields in our country on the production process cannot avoid will produce a lot of waste oil which due to the oil operations, oil refining, storage, transportation and equipment maintenance link. If the waste oil dump landfill will produce the pollution of environmental soil and groundwater in addition waste of the resources, there is must be recycling these waste oil. Take the oil field as an example, the main process mode of domestic oil fields was transportation tank car cleaning sludge, in addition to the tank and flotation tank sludge oil, wash wells, etc. To collect sewage recovery of oil pool with heating settling method, partial separation of inorganic impurities and then transported to the joint station, mixing to fresh recovery liquid for recycling. Due to the high content of inorganic impurities in the waste oil,complex composition, gravity settling performance is not good, cause heat deposition impurity content(especially the sulfide particles) is still high, oil recovery often influence the joint station produced liquid handling system for the smooth operation of the, such as inorganic complex matter deposition processing equipment, electric dehydrator of the collapse of the electric field, even breakdown electrode plate, and produced an increase in suspended solids in the water content. Development of low cost,convenient operation and management of sewage treatment technology has become a bottleneck problem to be solved.In this study, select the field of flotation machine oil as the starting material,isolated and purified inorganic impurity removal ability of Acinetobacter johnsonii P2008, the bacteria can use the oil as the sole carbon source for growth and metabolism,the metabolism of the active substance and reversal of inorganic impurities in the oil wettability, inorganic impurities from oil migrated to the aqueous phase, then can be used to develop biological waste oil purification technology characteristics, but in viewof microbial metabolism product variety, it is difficult to determine the specific active ingredients which can change the wettability of mechanical impurities, so in addition to select two strains(A. citrullig and A. johnsonii L2011) also isolated from the waste oil,the results did not appear the phenomenon of mechanical impurities wettability changed,based on this background, use the three strains respectively degradation the cyclohexane,n-Hexadecane, naphthalene and the Haldane model of three strains respectively in culture medium of cell growth and substrate degradation kinetics of cyclohexane,n-Hexadecane and naphthalene, metabolites of three strains were compared, finally determined to change the wettability of mechanical impurities, the active ingredient in,in order to further reveal the biological activity material and mechanical impurity interaction, the establishment of microorganisms in oil wettability reversal of solid particle model provides theoretical basis. This study can provide new methods or ideas for the application of biological treatment technology in many fields such as oil field,and provide theoretical guidance and technical support for enriching and expanding the connotation and extension of biological treatment technology. |
