In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economic and social, groundwater was because of its good water quality, widely distributed, and strong storage capacity, high degree of guarantee of water supply etc. The development and utilization of widely and a significant role in the sustainable development of Chinese society. Human constantly for groundwater resources at the same time, tend to neglect the protection of groundwater resources, especially the industrial three wastes, living garbage piled up at random, heavy use of pesticides etc. caused by groundwater pollution problem increasingly prominent. The characteristics of landfill leachate which produced in landfill space of refuse compared with other sewage, such as higher pollutant concentration, complex component and much fluctuation of water quality and water quantity are obvious. Secondary pollution of groundwater would happen if there are not some measures to prevention such high concentration sewage.Evaluation of the landfill leachate pollution of groundwate through the analysis of hydrological geology exploration, outdoor environment survey, ground water quality monitoring in the full understanding on the basis of the hydrogeological conditions in the study area. According to the actual situation, set different accident scenarios, selected characteristics of the landfill pollution, Using GMS software for groundwater flow numerical simulation, To predict different accident scenarios Cl-and NH4+ on the space-time distribution characteristics of groundwater pollution, analyze the prediction results. Finally, the prediction results reasonable ground water seepage control measures are put forward. This study provides a basis for the landfill soil pollution prevention and control of information and scientific basis. To ensure the surrounding life and industrial water security is of great significance in the study area. In this paper, research of regional groundwater environment impact assessment and prediction is studied by taking environmental modification and redevelopment of coal mining subsidence area in the eastern city of Huainan research background, and considering the odd water wells whose exploration object is groundwater and the industrial water users whose exploration object is karstic water would be influenced by reason of the groundwater pollution caused by the leak of landfill leachate of old landfill space of refuse in Datong, Huainan.
