Casing process has been one of the most significant processes of the cigarette primary processing, which boasts noticeable impact on the quality of the cigarette. The intensity of the casing process will crucially effect the sensory quality, physics quality, chemical component as well as casing results of the tobacco. The project of "Research and Application of the Physical Field Coupling Effect During Tobacco Silk Process Based on Digital Representation" was utilized in M cigarettes factory as the research foundation, casing process of the cigarette brand R as the research subject, implemented the approach of “Design of Experiments, DOE" on the influence of quality of the cigarette towards the intensity of casing process. Then the research approach of analytic hierarchy comprehensive evaluation based on the factor weighting method was combined to optimize the studies of vital craft factors which support the vector machine for charging.The research contents of this thesis mainly contain two part:one is the determination of index as well as information aquization and analysis, then is the optimization study of the technological parameter. In the primary research, detailed analysis of the technological parameters were initiated via the expert approaches and the causal methods, defined and regulated the vital technological parameters as well as its level of range and gradient Then, as to the level combination of the vital technological parameters, relevant homogeneous design of experiment to test the sensory quality, physics quality, and chemical component were arranged as well as casing results of the tobacco based on YC, the connections between intensity of processing and the quality of tobacco were also analyzed. Eventually, the comprehensive statistics and determines the crucial quality indexes of parameters were compared by optimizing based on the related document research of tobacco quality and the quadratic regression model between tobacco quality and technological parameters. Eventually, several key indicators of tobacco were transformed into a set of comprehensive scoring rubrics on the foundation of AHP integrated assessment approach based on the factor weighting methods, so as to solve the issue of multiple objective parameter optimization by transforming it into a single objective optimization.In the study of test modeling simulation and process parameters optimization, to begin with, the modeling of key tobacco quality indicators was conducted and technological parameter was utilized with the support vector machine, trains and verifies the practical values of the established models. Then, orthogonal design of experiment was operated based on taquchi technique, the established vector machine regression model was also activated to forecast the crucial index of tobacco and activates a comparative experimental result analysis of signal-noise ratio analysis and sensitivity analysis. Eventually, the two-phase optimization method was applied to optimize the crucial technological parameters of the casing process, the best combination was founded by the level of parameter as:210S、 100℃、10、lOkg/h, the corresponding comprehensive tobacco quality score is 65.9974%, which would be the maximum experimental results and hence reaches the anticipated effect and indicates the applicable essence and practical values of the research theories and approaches utilized in the casing process.
