Waste tubing cleaning the tubing is foundation work of remanufacturing and reuse in the process,and ensuring a good quality of cleaning ensure to complete the whole premise of remanufacturing and recycling process.Currently, the state of oil companies is in low-cost operations, in order to reduce the waste of resources,it is necessary to finish the job that waste tubing remanufacturing and reuse of critical significance related processes.The nozzle cleaning technology as the actuator of the cleaning performance has a critical Impact. Reasonable structure nozzle jet cleaning can not only improve efficiency,but also can save input costs.Therefore,in this paper,flow characteristics analysis of cleaning medium within the nozzle was carried out research work,aimed to resolve existing cleaning equipment can not meet the requirements for cleaning the tubing or substrate damage and other issues,also to improve the cleaning effect of water jet nozzle.For the rational design of nozzle structure provides reference ideas and theoretical basis.Based on the basic theory of water jet analysis,attaining an important influence on the geometry of the nozzle cleaning performance.According to the basic theory and cylindrical nozzle structure,the tubing water jet cleaning nozzle model is designed.By combining K-ε turbulence model,for learning the turbulent flow of the cleaning media inside the nozzle,a reasonable mathematical model is established,after optimizing the mesh quality fluid domain model and choosing the correct method of calculating,the process of the turbulent flow of the cleaning media numerically simulation is finished,and by varying the geometry factors analyzed specific effects of different nozzle structure parameters of water jet cleaning effect.Experimental work included the design and testing of dynamic analysis of the experimental regimen of tubing nozzle flow field.Comparing the experimental results and numerical simulation results verify the rationality of the numerical model.To sum up,in this article,flow characteristic analysis of the water jet cleaning nozzle are researched,and the analysis of the structure was related to the experiment for the application of water jet cleaning equipment.The follow-up study provides the reliable theory basis and the reference value.
