Automobile is one of the important symbol for the development of world, the advent of has brought great convenience to people’s life, but the fossil fuel as a car fuel used by a wide range of, make the vehicle emission of exhaust gas to human health and the harm of the earth’s environment has brought the cannot be ignored, and the priority is auto emissions of sulfur content in exhaust.This paper first analyses the seven kinds of gasoline desulfurization method, choose the most appropriate way of gasoline hydrodesulfurization, and 10 kinds of technology of gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization methods were analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of find out the suitable gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization device technology method for Gardes technology.Through Gardes technology in gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization device industrial application study, Gardes catalyst in the process of sulfide, in strict accordance with the design scheme, rate of sulfur in meet at the same time, the actual usage of vulcanizing agent usage 1.12 tons less than theory. Gardes catalyst through the passivation process, makes the product final boiling point and raw material. In the process of running in the early stages of the Gardes technology Gardes series catalyst activity is stable. By Gardes technology in the kingdom of gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization device Ⅳ gas calibration, at the same time of the reactor inlet temperature is lower than the design temperature, mixing the sulfur content of gasoline products of 30 mg/kg(agreement index 50 mg/kg) or less, mercaptan content is 7mg/kg(agreement index 10 mg/kg or less), research octane number loss 0.4(agreement index0.5 or less), olefin content is 34.4%(volume fraction), product C5+liquid of 99.62%(agreement index 99.60% or higher) and other indicators, indicators can meet the agreement.By Gardes technology in the kingdom of gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization device Ⅴ gas calibration, blend the sulfur content of gasoline products to 10 mg/kg(the Ⅴ gasoline index of10 mg/kg or less), olefin content is 28.1%(volume fraction), research octane number loss up to 1.2. Based on two kinds of scheme of the calibration results indicate that the Gardes technology can meet the needs of the refinery gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization device,and can be smoothly implemented Ⅴ countries Ⅳ, upgrade the quality of gasoline products.
