With the continuous exploitation of petroleum, oil and gas reserves, particularly high quality and easy mining of oil reserves is reducing year by year, in proven oil resources, increasing the proportion of heavy oil, and the development is quite difficult. Hydrothermal catalytic cracking technology can effectively reduce the viscosity of crude oil and improve production efficiency, which is a high efficiency, low energy consumption, low-cost method for heavy oil recovery.Taking the Gu dong heavy oils of Sheng li Oilfield as an example, this paper is based on mechanism of heavy oil aquathermolysis under steam injection condition. By the laboratory dynamic simulation experiments, studying on influence factors of recover technologies for heavy oil from Sheng li oilfield by the steam to injected assisted chemical aquathermolysis. Experimental results are as follows, optimization of steam injection speed is 30ml/L, and dryness of steam injection is 50%; Selection of the molysite as a catalyst, optimization of injection is 1.5PV, and optimum concentration is 2wt%. Under this condition, oil displacement efficiency can be achieved 83.23%, which is significantly improved than without catalyst.
