Borehole wall stability technology is a widely exists in various fields, and needs to solve the technical problems. For the drilling industry, the drilling process of borehole wall will lose stability will lead to the underground environment becomes complex, having a direct effect on drilling engineering construction progress, serious when even will make the borehole scrap, lead to huge economic losses. So, the study on sidewall stability problem of drilling technique and development of oil and gas field is of very important significance.Founder blocks of Fangzheng area the average hole enlargement rate is about 11%, sidewall instability has become one of the biggest problems restrict the block drilling speed, so you need to study of borehole wall stability technology system, in order to improve the founder block drilling speed. Article, first of all, the other 6 Wells are prone to collapse floor underground, has carried on the analysis of reservoir mineral composition and physical and chemical properties, through the study found: reservoir mineral composition of the inflation rate is low, weak dispersion, due to the nature of reservoir minerals is less likely to underground sidewall instability., combined with block fracturing data, using the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics, founder area of deep strata stress calculation model has been established, and the blocks in deep formation drilling depth of the relationship between in-situ stress and profile. Finally, three kinds of formation pressure prediction methods for the comparative study, and think to take of acoustic time difference method to predict reservoir pore pressure, take hanuemor zun method to predict the fracture pressure of reservoir, taking the mohr-coulomb model to predict the collapse of the reservoir pressure, can obtain more accurate forecasts. On this basis, set up the forecasting model is suitable for the three blocks in the actual pressure, combined with the party well logging data, and get the three founder area reservoir formation pressure profile, eventually determine the scope of safe drilling fluid density in the block, to block the next step prospecting exploration development provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance.
