Steam flooding technology was developed by a continuous injection of steam injection wells, will drive crude oil to the production wells and recovery surrounding the development process. Steam flooding process, requires well-designed steam injection and fluid production rate, namely to maintain a reasonable effective in picking steam injection than the horizontal displacement can, when taken note than the level is too low, it will cause steam in the vicinity of the wellbore gathered steam injection wells difficult to extend, reservoir pressure increases rapidly, post-steam steam injection wells is more difficult; and mining NOTE deficit ratio is too high can lead to the reservoir, the pressure continues to drop, late harvest oil may drain more difficult. Steam flooding reservoir relationship between injection once unreasonable, we need to carry out the injection and production optimization of parameters adjusted to achieve effective steam flooding.This article is based on Liaohe Oilfield together 40 for the adjustment of the object, to carry out the latter part of the development of injection- production relationship demonstration and optimal adjustment, the block is the country’s largest steam flooding test blocks, the number of wells group reached 149, it has now entered into the steam drive, production decline significantly, need to carry out adjustments.Steam flooding by late Well condition, injection and production parameter limits, block production injection well than the group has less than 1.0. Due to Flooding steam injection ratio is low, resulting in the formation of high pressure, the steam chamber is difficult to form, water displacement action within the scope of most actual bottom, low oil displacement efficiency, block production decline significantly. During taken various measures to extract oil wells, mining but has been unable to achieve optimal injection ratio of 1.2. In order to improve production injection ratio, improve the effect of steam flooding, carried out this research to evaluate current flooding patterns and production injection ratio adaptability, provide theoretical guidance for steam flooding well pattern adjustment.The main topic for the latter part of the steam injection and production relations unreasonable flooding, poor development wells group, and to carry out injection and production parameter optimization and well adjusted to achieve better injection and production level, to achieve long-term and stable late steam drive.
