Polymer surfactant is a rapid development of functional polymer material in recent years. At the same time, due to the thickening ability of polymer and surfactant surface activity, making it have broad application prospects in many industries. Through a large number of literature investigation, ultimately choosing to acrylamide, acrylic acid, maleic anhydride, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether as the main raw material copolymerization synthesised a new oil displacement in polymer surfactants MNAA, and analyzing the performance of the MNAA and oil displacement effect.First synthesis the intermediate product by MA and NP-10 esterification reaction. Then by the copolymer synthesis of intermediate product with AM and AA, resulting the target polymer surfactant MNAA. By analyzing the reaction conditions influence of esterification and copolymerization, obtain the optimum conditions of esterification reaction: raw material mole ratio NP-10: MA=1:1.04, 2.5% p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst, the constant 95℃ react 4h. The best condition of copolymerization reaction: the molar ratio of intermediate product and AM and AA is 1:80:10, and keep 20% monomer concentration, 0.06% NaHSO 3 and K2S2O8(mass ratio 2:1) as the initiator, constant 35 ℃ react 6h. Using ftir infrared spectrum analyze the synthetic product and confirming the composition is target polymer surfactant MNAA.MNAA completely dissolved in the water only 32 minutes, 14 minutes fast than HPAM. 2000mg/L MNAA solution viscosity can reach 204.7 mPa?s. When MNAA solution at 350 mg/L reached the CMC, solution surface tension is 46.37 mN/m at this time. The interfacial tension of 1500mg/L MNAA solution and huan58 crude oil/water is 4.36 mN /m. MNAA have better emulsifying performance than the oilfield commonly used LAS, It has excellent stability. MNAA used with WPS and BS-12 and OP-10 have good compatibility. MNAA solution flooding physical simulation experiment show that the water flooding recovery ratio are improved obviously at the single core and the parallel core(different permeability). the best inject concentration of MNAA is 1200mg/L and 0.4PV, and improve the recovery rate is greater than HPAM solution in the same conditions.
