Research On Horizontal Well Workover

In order to reduce the integrated production cost of oil and gas well, greatly improve the recovery ratio, on the basis of conventional drilling technology, we gradually develop the directional well and well completion technology and other special process supporting technology in the directional well, lateral directional drilling, sidetracking horizontal well, horizontal well and branch horizontal well.There are more than 400 horizontal(sidetracking) wells, and 9 lateral and branch horizontal wells in Liaohe oil field. But there are more than 40 wells closed in production because of casing damage, downhole falling object. With an increase of horizontal wells, horizontal well workover treatment technical problems are more and more prominent. So, we carried out studies of horizontal well workover technology.In this paper, the current situation of the maintenance of the horizontal well at home and abroad is expounded from the aspects of repairing well and repairing well to analyze the problem of the maintenance of the horizontal wells in Liaohe Oilfield. Based on the most common downhole accidents of horizontal well / side horizontal well,and respectively from the milling tool, milling and salvage pipe string combination, auxiliary repair tool and well completion pipe string repair tools and processes,we studied the technology of the drop of the horizontal well and the damage and repair technology of the horizontal well completion string. And we developed the special milling, fishing tool and related auxiliary workover tools, finished the analysis of the force of the horizontal well milling and salvage pipe column, completed the selection and optimization of BHA, developed the liner reinforcement and casing patch technology, forming the characteristics workover technology of horizontal Wells in Liaohe oilfield.
