Particle mixing and spray granulation is ubiquitous in everyday life, especially in the production of compound fertilizer, the manufacture of a medicament, preparation of explosives is closely related with the people. This paper based on the discrete element method and fluidized bed spray granulation, the copy board on particle mixing effect and mechanism in the layer’s growth established mathematical model of multiple factors on spray granulation.The discrete element method simulation analysis copy plate type, copy plate length, copy board angle, copy number plate influence on particle mixing, the results show that the copy plate type is the optimal mixed copy board, the optimal parameter is 0.4 R copy plate length, copy board Angle optimal parameters is 65 degrees. When the total mass of the hybrid material 50 kg, select the rotation of the cylinder radius of 25 cm,1 copy board is best; When the total mass of the hybrid material 100 kg, choose half 50 cm diameter rotating drum, two copy board best; When the total mass of the hybrid material 200 kg, choose rotating cylinder radius is 100 centimeters,3 copy plate is the most suitable.After the particle mixing evenly, by establishing mathematical model of granular layer’s growth mechanism and to explore the nozzle, the initial particle size, the influence of the binder concentration and velocity of growth rate. The results showed that the number of nozzle, the more the initial particle size, the greater the adhesive is the faster flow velocity, the greater the concentration of adhesive, can accelerate the growth of the particles.
