After finishing with the flourinated water-proof and oil-repellent agent, the fabric would show the low surface energy, and have a good resistence to water and oil. But once the finished fabric was stained, it would be very hard to wash in the conentional washing condition,or its water-proof and strength would be destroyed in the strong washing condition. In view of the present problems of fluorinated finishing agent, two kinds of soil releasing flourinated polyacrylate water-proof and oil-repellent agent were studied, one contained polyether chain segments, another contained quaternary ammonium chain segments. And they were used in finishing on polyester fabric, contents and results of study are as follows:The hydrophilic monomer polyethylene glycol acrylate(PEGA) was prepared through esterification reaction using polyethylene(PEG) and acylic(AA) as raw materials in the condition that reaction temperature, time and ratio of raw materials were controlled strictly.The synthesis process was optimized by experiment analysis as follows: n(AA) : n(PEG) =1.4 : 1, tempeture of 30℃ and reaction time of 6h. In the condition, the production rate of PEGA could reach to more than 70%.The soil releasing fluorinated polyacrylate water-proof and oil-repellent finishing agent(FBEH) was prepared with 2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl methacrylate(TFBMA),n-butyl acrylate(BA), polyethylene glycol acrylate(PEGA) and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA). The synthesis process was optimized by experiment analysis as follows: emulsifier compound by CTAC and AEO-9 with the mass ratio of 2:3 of 4%(ratio mass of total monomer), initiator of 0.4%(ratio mass of total monomer), tempeture of75℃, reaction time of 4h, m(TFBMA):m(BA):m(PEGA):m(HEMA)=70:40:6:1.After finishing with the FBEH, the water repellency,oil repellency and soil release of the polester fabric were 95 points, grade 5~6 and grade 4 respectively. After washing 15 times, the water repellency,oil repellency and soil release of the polester fabric were 90 points, grade 5 and grade 4 respectively. And the hand feeling of the finished fabric got worse.The soil releasing fluorinated polyacrylate water-proof and oil-repellent finishing agent was prepared with 2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl methacrylate(TFBMA),n-butyl acrylate(BA), diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA).The synthesis process was optimized by experiment analysis as follows:emulsifier compound by Tween-40 and Span-80 by the mass ratio of 3:2 of 4%(ratio mass of total monomer), initiator of 0.4%(ratio mass of total monomer), tempeture of 70℃, reaction time of 4.5h, m(TFBMA) : m(BA) : m(DMDAAC) : m(HEMA) = 60 :40 :5 : 1.After finishing with the FBDH, the water repellency,oil repellency and soil release of the polester fabric were 90 points, grade 5 and grade 4~5 respectively. After washing 15 times, the water repellency,oil repellency and soil release of the polester fabric were 85 points, grade 4 and grade 4~5 respectively. Compared with FBEH,the result show that the FBDH had better water and soil repellent effect,but the FBDH had better soil-release effect.
