Recently, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite has become a hotpot due to its excellent photoelectric properties. Besides good workability and photoelectric functionality, the materials also have high mechanical stability and thermal ability. Because the perovskite is composed of the organic and inorganic units alternatively, Which provides the materials with multiple Quantum well structures and results in a large electron binding energy. Perovskite also has vast application prospects in magnetism, optics and thermodynamics. Thus, further study of perovskite is conducive to the development of semiconductor materials. In this paper, we explored the impact of different halogens and amines on structures, energy gap and optical performance from a point on (C12H25NH3)2PbI4, also studied the method of microcrystal growth and photoelectric sensitivity of CH3NH3PbI3.(C12H25NH3)2PbX4 perovskites were synthesized through three different approaches, and (RCH2CH2NH3)2PbI4 perovskites were obtained by cooling crystallisation technology. By comparing the XRD patterns and SEM pictures of different samples, it was found that these layered perovskites were unidirectional elongate lamellar crystals and the interlayer spacing was influenced by both halogen type and chain length. The wavelength of fluorescence would see a growth as the atomic number of halogen reducing, while the organic amines have a little influence on excitonic luminescence. But different amines could make the inorganic framework distorted, so that the fluorescence would changeThe microcrystals of CH3NH3PbI3 and CH3NH3Br3 were got through solvent diffusion method. And the photosensitiveness of CH3NH3PbI3 was tested as an example. In addition, it is suggested that the size of microcrystals was reduced with the concentration of precursor solution rising, while it didn’t change with the exceeding capacity of volatile solvent.
