the proportion of thermal power electricity supply in our country is decreasing,but it is also the main source of power supply.With large capacity units increasing in the proportion of total installed capacity, In recent years.The discharge of pollutants after burning is more and more serious,the demand for NOX emissions standards continue to improve.For servicing coal-fired power plants,it is the necessary measure to reduce NO_x emissions by using SCR flue gas denitration system reformation.Based on InnerMongalia DaBan Power Generation co.,ltd.600 MW coal-fired unit of flue gas denitration system transformation and operation optimization of parameter as the research target. Summarizing the flue gas denitration technology at home and abroad,expounds the harm of nitrogen oxide and the formation mechanism, and the formation mechanism and harm of nitrogen oxide, on the basis of according to the #1 unit denitration system engineering requirements, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing flue gas denitration technology, analyzes the denitration project using the best flue gas denitration technology solutions-selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology characteristics of flue gas denitration process, finally decided to choose high dust arrangement manner of #1 unit denitration engineering. In this paper, the author with SCR NO_x emissions before and after the flue gas denitration system as the research object, introduces the #1 unit of the unit before modification, on the basis of related parameters and equipment running status, using the method of comparative analysis, analysis of the parameters such as chimney inlet NO_x before and after the transformation, it is concluded that modified unit under different fire load, all can make the chimney inlet NO_x emission concentrationThrough the hedge boiler of 600 MW coal-fired power plant SCR flue gas denitration system reform and its parameter is the study of optimal operation measures can provide a reference for the similar projects in the future.In addition, in the end of this article, through the operation of reconstruction after the #1 unit of SCR flue gas denitration device, summarizes the denitration system various problems encountered during operation (mainly the problem of NO_x emission concentration occurs frequently), after analysis of boiler combustion parameters adjustment of SCR flue gas denitration device, the effect of the SCR flue gas denitration system operation optimization solutions, for future modification and operation to provide the reference of the same kind of engineering.
