Nowadays, as the development of economy and human’s living standard, the growing number of waste has become a problem which is need to be resolved. The best way to resolve municipal solid waste is the incineration, but it can cause some problems in the process of incineration. Fly ash is very easily dissolved into the water, and It also includes many toxic substances, for example, Dioxin and heavy metal, which are the potential dangerous to the healthy of human beings and environment. The municipal solid waste incineration fly ash has been listed in the dangerous waste substance, which is need a special treatment.In this paper, A new design that can resolve fly ash---High-temperature Generator has been designed. Generator adopts disciplines of pure oxygen grading combustion and combustion fuel bubble atomizing, according to this, we can get high-temperature in the exit of generator.(1) According to the research of experiment the different influence that caused by different oxygen content. The optimal oxygen content of the first-class and the second-class must be gotten, according to the observation of combustion. At the case 9 the optimal choice of oxygen has been selected, the first-class content is 20 Nm3/h, the second-class content is 200 Nm3/h. But under the case 9, the temperature cannot be get.(2)The FLUENT has been used to do numerical simulation in high-temperature generator, and analyzed the cold-field velocity distribution of oxygen, temperature-field distribution of combustion, fly ash concentration distribution and fuel concentration distribution, and got the temperature of case 9.(3)The feasibility study of high-temperature generator that can reach the flow of technology in harmless disposal has been discussed, and get the improvement directions of high-temperature generator.
