Dielectric elastomer (DE-Dielectric Elastomer) as a new intelligent material caused the wide attention of experts and scholars at home and abroad.Compared with other intelligent materials, DE has the advantages of large deformation, theory of high energy density radio and high efficiency. The research shows that DE is not only a kind of good driving bionic materials, but also be used in reverse power field and construct a variety forms,low cost dielectric elastomer generator (DEG-Dielectric Elastomer Generator),with showed a very broad prospects for development in micro-electromechanical systems and renewable energy etc.However, the domestic research on DE is mainly concentrated in the field of driving, study on the field of power generation is still in the initial stage. Therefore the research on the generation mechanism of DE materials and the electromechanical coupling mechanism has important practical significance. The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows.(1)Through the study of the mechanical properties of rubber elastomer materials, combined with a large number of domestic and foreign research literature, established the three step analysis strategy an electrical model of the electromechanical coupling mechanics model,set up the mechanical model can analyze the mechanical properties of DE under external force,establish the electrical model can analyze the electrical behavior of DE in electric field, and the DE electromechanical coupling mechanics model and electrical model of unity,to facilitate analysis of parameters in every stage in the operation of DE.(2) According to the DEG electromechanical coupling mathematical model has been established, and established DEG biaxial tensile uniaxial tensile power simulation model by Matlab/Simulink software, and simulated the relationship between the generation process and the tensile force of DEG, the tensile strength, initial voltage and output voltage.(3) Design of DEG power generation test experimental platform. Design the experimental scheme of uniaxial tension, biaxial tension,and carried out the physical production and experimental studies were according to the design scheme. Detailed experimental studies of the relationship between DE voltage and DE tensile rate, the relationship between the bias voltage, and the output voltage of the DE stretching frequency, verified the correctness of DE electromechanical coupling model through experimental research.(4)Analysed of the power generation process of DE material possible failure behavior, At the same time, Propose DE model for numerical solution of several failure forms use Suo,give safe working area of DE material under ideal conditions. Done in-depth research on common the failure behavior of wrinkling on DE material in the working process, Calculated the critical wrinkling voltage of DE at different initial rate under tension using the combined criterion theory, analysed the relationship between pre-stretching rate and wrinkling critical voltage,and related experiments are carried out..
