Since the Pubei oilfield YP1 Block with complicated structure, poor reservoir development, in order to improve development effectiveness and economic efficiency, the block launched a fracture network fracturing and horizontal well development in the field test since June 2012. With the extension of development time, it gradually exposed the problem with short stable production period, the production decline quickly, water content rising fast after water breakthrough, formation energy supply shortage and so on, due to the complexity of the seepage flow characteristics of horizontal well and the particularity of oil reservoir, the tracking adjustment technology of water flooding is still in the exploratory stage, which affected the improvement of recovery effect of horizontal well in the peripheral oilfield in a certain extent. Therefore, we carried out a sophisticated modeling and evaluation of horizontal well development of YP1 Block, improving the effectiveness of horizontal wells to provide technical support.In this paper established fine 3D geological model of YP1 block by using Petrel geological modeling software based on the seismic, logging data and combined with the new drilling data; The artificial fracture model is established according to the micro seismic monitoring data which provided by the site, studied the artificial fracturing technology and analyzed the matching of artificial fracture and reservoir; Numerical simulation model was established based on Eclipse numerical simulation software, for history matching and study on the distribution of remaining oil; According to the results of history matching, evaluated the production of horizontal wells in the study area, analyzed the main factors influencing the capacity, and puts forward some methods to improve production capacity; According to the characteristics of the study area, designed with an area of injection-production well pattern for water energy supplement in formation, calculated the optimal injection and production program by numerical simulation,optimized the injection-production well spacing and injection intensity based on the optimal well pattern.The results showed that, after the formation by injecting water to replenish their energy, tired oil production forecast Decade study area reached 32.27 × 104 t.According to the prediction results, it can be seen that by water injection to supplement the formation energy can improve the formation pressure,keeping the formation energy and has a certain guiding role to realize the stable and high production of oil field.
