Sugarcane is an important sugar-yielding crop and cane sugar, manufacturing has a long history in China,, while the filtering process and filtering equipment adopted by most of sugar refineries in China at present are still relatively backward to lead huge energy consumption and waste. Therefore, changing the existing backward process, improving the quality of sugar products and increasing the comprehensive benefit have very important practical significance.Sugarcane juice filtering equipment is designed in this thesis with the application of the new technique of producing sugar by membrane equipment. The axial amplitude estimation formula of helical agitation of the filtering equipment and filtering flow estimation formula of the sugarcane juice filtering equipment are obtained after doing a series of researches around problems like the relationship between the rotational speed and vibration state of components, filtering flow of the device and filtering efficiency in the process of device application. And production experiment of the sample filtering equipment is done under the actual conditions. The result shows that sugarcane juice filtering equipment simplifies the procedure of sucrose production, improves current out-dated technology and enhances the quality of sugar products and comprehensive benefit.Main research achievements and results were as follows:1、The structural features, the performance differences and the application places of solid-liquid separation mechanical equipment used in the current industry are researched and analyzed, and the differences, the advantages and the disadvantages of cake filtration, clarification filtration and dynamic filtration in principle are compared with one another. The sugarcane juice filtering equipment is designed with a centrifugal stirring filter as a prototype. The structural functions and the design basis of each part of the sugarcane juice filtering equipment are introduced in details.The working principle of sugarcane juice filtering equipment is definitized. Besides, design calculation and detailed elaboration of structures, functions and sizes of main components of the device are made2^ By adopting a finite element simulation method, the critical speed of rotation of a spiral stirring shaft on the sugarcane juice filtering equipment is calculated; the vibration conditions of the spiral stirring shaft under the working conditions are analyzed, and a result shows that along with increase of the rotation speed, the amplitude of the stirring shaft is increased, and the randomness of vibration is strengthened. When the rotational speed rises from 200 rpm to 800 rpm, the average amplitude rises by 70 percent, and the fluctuation strength is strengthened by 3 times. An amplitude estimation formula of the spiral stirring shaft is obtained according to a kinetic equation and a calculation formula of fluid force applied to the stirring shaft and is more accurate compared with the traditional formula when simulating the vibration conditions of the stirring shaft in the working state.3、The working process of the filtering equipment is simulated by adopting a method of computational fluid dynamics. Influences on the flow rate, the flow state, the pressure and the solid content of the fluid in the stirring cavity along with the rotational speed of the stirring shaft in the filtering process are analyzed, and the change rule of the tangential flow rate of a cross section in a flow field along with the working rotational speed, the formation of eddies of each cross section, the improvement action of the eddies of each cross section to the filtering efficiency and influences of the working rotational speed on the separation efficiency are discussed. A result shows that along with the increase of the working rotational speed from 200 rpm to 800 rpm, the tangential flow rate in the filtering cavity is increased by nearly 4 times, the boundary pressure is increased by 15 percent and the separation efficiency is improved by 5.3 percent, the amount of the eddies of each cross section in a domain and the eddy diameter are increased, and the filtering effect on the mixed liquid is improved. This paper also gives a filter equation of spiral stirring filtering equipment, and an error of a calculated value of the equation and a stimulation value is about 15 percent.4、A production experiment is carried out on a filter prototype under the actual working conditions, and the production effect of the combined process of the sugarcane juice filtering equipment and the film equipment is compared with that of the traditional sugarcane juice filtering process. A result shows that the new technology is superior to the traditional process and equipment on the aspects of filtering accuracy, filtering flow and continuous using time of equipment. This paper also summarizes some unreasonable structural problems, exposed in the experimental process, of the sugarcane juice filtering equipment, and a concrete improved scheme aiming to the problems is given.
