For the nonignortable rapid development speed of modern society and industry, the quantity of oil demand has reached a high value, lots of new blocks put into development, old blocks stepped further into remaining oil adjusting work. As an important technology for new block capacity building and old block remaining oil adjusting and efficient less well development, horizontal well has been widely used. However, for oil price keeping failing and mining cost remains high, a lot of Low efficiency well forced to be closed, in order to keep oil production more and more oil filed pay close attention to the high efficiency well. It is of great important to carry out research of horizontal-vertical joint development in order to achieve the following high efficiency development, as available studies declared that horizontal-vertical joint development has obtained better development results.Firstly, in the paper three different well completion method(bare foot completion, perforation completion, fracturing modification completion) and three different well pattern(two-injector, three-injector and four-injector) horizontal-vertical well pattern models were built, the stream lines of the model were drawn, and the characteristics of streamlines and seepage flow were analyzed, horizontal well development index of horizontal –vertical well pattern calculated method were given based on stream-tube method.Secondly, based on three well completion method among of bare foot completion and perforation completion and fracturing modification completion, further research on different factors among horizontal section length, well spacing, the distance between injection well-row, number of perforation, perforation location and crack length and crack number were carried out, the influence law of the factors of certain well completion and well pattern were given.Finally,based on above works, different programmes of four permeability level(10×10-3μm2, 40 × 10-3μm2,70 × 10-3μm2) and two well completion method(perforation completion, fracturing modification completion) and three well patterns(two-injector, three-injector and four-injector) horizontal-vertical well pattern model were built, development index were calculated, development law was given of the liquid production change, the production decline and water cut increasing, combined with the horizontal well pattern of horizontal well pattern in a peripheral oilfield and the way of the well completion.Based on above works, the research content of this paper is aimed to enrich the research results of related horizontal wells development indicators, and provide theoretical support and scientific basis for the development of horizontal-vertical joint development program.
