After a long time of exploration and development with china’s onshore oilfield, the gas and oil reserves have been greatly reduced. The focus about oilfield development has gradually changed to the ocean, desert and polar where the natural condition is bad and the exploitation of petroleum resources is still not mature. The oilfield development in these region will lead to substantial growth in investment and the cost of operation and management. which promote the multiphase transportation technology is widely used, and multiphase process has become a hotspot in the petroleum industry. During the process of practical application and theoretical study of the multiphase transportation technology. The multiphase control system plays an important role in this process and it’s one of the most important methods to study the multiphase technologyThe oil gas water multiphase transmission control system is studied in this paper.Through the analysis of the principle about the oilfield ground engineering multiphase transportation technology, finishing the design of overall scheme about the control system.Mixed distribution ratio controlling is an integral part in order to ensure multiphase transport control system more stable and efficient operation, this article makes use of adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm that constitute a set of adaptive fuzzy PID feedback controller so that system has a good control performance when this controller had been used in the multiphase transport control system. The hardware part firstly achieved is design the pipe network, then select powerful Siemens PLC S7-400 to control the parts of collect and control, finally, the selection of multiphase flow meter corresponding to the key equipment of the system can be used to meet the requirements of the mixed control system. According to the analysis of the multiphase transport control system’s demand, select configuration software WinCC to design the upper control system, mainly including the control interface design, configuration alarm design and report system design, etc, achieves the dynamic control management, fault alarm and working conditions of the entire system and other functions. Oil Gas Water Multiphase Mixed control system designed in this paper has the features of flexible managements and system stability can greatly reduced the workload of staff and improved the stability of multiphase transport control system.
