A new type of axial dynamic filter backwashing regeneration technology was put forward, which is based on the research status of deep bed filtration filter backwash regeneration in oil field, whose core is loading the rotating flow field during the process of the filter bed hydraulic backwashing, and the composite field backwash system powered by axial turbine was constructed. The axial turbine flow field and fluid motion of backing was simulated by Fluent software, and in order to lay the foundation of further revealing the dynamic back flush filter material regeneration mechanism, the axial turbine model was constructed and its hydrodynamic characteristics was analyzed.Based on the forming process of orthogonal straight generatrix vane surface, plate turbine blade theory and equation was constructed by using the blade line equation in combination with the theory of vane pump. Based on the plate turbine blade equation, the parameter equation of curved blade was constructed by means of loading surface parameter information. The models of plate turbine and curved turbine and three-dimensional models of their flow field was Built in ICEM software, and Fluent was used to simulate the distribution form of velocity and pressure of the turbine flow field, and shows the fluid flow in the turbine blades. The distribution form of velocity and pressure field of the two kinds turbine shows that the numerical simulation results can reveal the real flow state of the internal flow field.Fluid can get velocity increment and pressure energy when flow through blade, and the kinetic energy and pressure energy reach maximum in the turbine blade outlet, then fluid flows out separator with high speed spiral rotate.Comparative analysis of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation shows that their numerical gets closer and simulation results basically corresponds actual situation.Comparison of two types of turbine flow field calculation shows that the trajectories of fluid through the curved turbine gets more evenly and velocity field distributes symmetrically,which illustrates that the ability of curved blade to tissue the flow field is superior to plate turbine.
