Eutrophication has always been the hot spot of the scholars study, water eutrophication, the studies of phosphorus is widely attention.Exogenous pollution has been controlled step by step, the endogenous pollution become the source of water eutrophication, and the lake surface sediment phosphorus get a lot of research, this paper selected typical cyanobacteria bloom as the research object, through the determination of algal cells in the phosphorus form indoor culture and find out the influence factors of phosphorus release, the main research results of this paper is as follows:1. Four kinds of cyanobacteria bloom under the condition of pure culture under the whole phosphorus habitat within the determination of the growth cycle changes, in different growth periods, algal cell orthophosphate content has always been in a dominant position, and reached the maximum in the late exponential phase, which is different from typical phosphorus storage of classical theory, algal polyphosphate content increased in the body, very few compared with orthophosphate within the cell.Groups of microcystin algae than single-celled cyanobacteria bloom’s ability to absorb phosphorus is stronger, in training,3 d time medium, phosphorus decreased by about 80%.2. Typical cyanobacteria blooms indoor cultivate algae phosphorus release in the body in the dying process under the conditions of the main influence factors including light, temperature, pH, hydraulic disturbance, Redox potential and extracellular polysaccharide and other factors, the experimental results show that the illumination, temperature and pH on the typical bloom has a great influence on algae phosphorus release, the phosphorus release rate has negative correlation with regular sex extracellular polysaccharide content, and soluble extracellular polysaccharide are positively related, and is closely relative to the Redox potential.Algal cells die in the process of total phosphorus release rate and algal cells are phosphate release rate is roughly same, algal cell of phosphorus is released into the water body in the form of orthophosphate.
