In recent years, optical functional material has attracted people’s interesting which can be attributed to the developing of information industry. Organic micromolecule play a necessary role in it with a perfect property of regulation. Fluorescent probe is not only capable of detection target molecular in living-body and also combined with computer system. Moreover, the developing of organic light-emitting material initiate revolution of display. All in all, optical functional micromolecule have huge application value has been promoted.Herein we synthesis a near-infrared fluorescent probe which is based on benzopyran. It’s a probe which response to Pi selectivity and linearly in 0-120equiv. It’s determination limit is inμM level. It can be used to in-vivo imaging in living-body such as C. elgans and paramecium. In exist of ATP hydrolytic enzyme, compound 2-1 can detect ATP indirectly.Then we synthesis a mito-targeted fluorescent probe which is based on naphthalimide. It’s a probe which response to NTR selectivity and linearly in 0-11ug/mL with NADPH as reductor. It’s determination limit is 33ng/mL. It can be used to in-vivo imaging in living-body such as C. elgans. Properties of hypoxia detecting was studied rudimentary.We also synthesis a C^C^C platinum complex with blue emission in DCM solution and yellow emission in solid state.
