| With the continuous growth of the national economy, industrial production increasing demands of technology. High-precision production process demand in machinery manufacturing industry makes CNC machine tool gradually replaced the conventional machine tool, thus contributing to the rapid development of China’s Machine Tool Industry. One of the questions brought about by the rapid development of machine tool industry is how to deal with the early general machine tools and CNC machine tools. These idle machines will cause waste of resources. CNC machine tools transformation for these machine tools can not only make full use of resources in industrial production, also ease the purchase of new machine business financial pressure. Thus, the transformation of machine tools for business development and economic development are very favorable. In this design, we used existing electrical equipment in laboratory to repair and transform the ZJK7532A CNC milling machine drilling of which the NC system has been broken, in order to make it be re-worked and used in teaching practice so that we can play its teaching value and provide a reference to the transformation of a similar machine.This article gives the specific transformation scheme which is based on the main mechanical and electrical technical parameters of ZJK7532A CNC milling machine drilling. Then it completes the adaptation and selection of the devices such as CNC system, servo amplifier, servo motor and inverter. The adaptation of the selected servo motor is checked from two aspects of the load inertia and the load torque. A new electrical control schematic and a CNC system circuit schematic that applied to the transformation are designed. The components list and the setting method of inverters, servo amplifier parameters and numerical control systems are given. The article also devises the specific method for the transformation of the mechanical parts. At last, it makes a presentation for the system installation method and the problems and solutions which I encountered in the installation process.After the transformation, the machine tool feed motor upgraded from stepper motor to servo motor with high-resolution encoder, correspondingly, the machine feed control upgraded from original open-loop control to semi-closed loop control, and the machine tool spindle system also upgraded from manual shift three speed regulation to continuously variable transmission. In order to facilitate the experimental teaching, CNC system is installed in a separate electrical cabinet, connected by cable to the device on the body of the machine. The machine tool which has been transformed can be repaired. It can be run properly and achieve a certain degree of precision so that it can be used for teaching and practice of CNC machine tools and CNC machining technology and other related courses. The overall transformation objectives have been achieved. |
