The 21 st century, the pollution caused by using of energy is increasing seriously, finding a renewable energy is urgent.Rice straw contains a lot of lignocellulosewhich is the most abundant renewable resources in nature gettinglots of attention.More and more attentions has been paid to the Phanerochaete Chrysosporium because of it’s strong ability to degrade linin, and the mixed culture of P.Chrysosporium is more powerful. The T.viride can be found in nature easily,it is considered as a perfect mixed culture fungi because of it’s ability of degrading lingnin couple with P.Chrysosporium.This article studied the mixed culture between P.Chrysosporium and T.virideby head-space solid-phase microextraction coupled to gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS),and the difference were identified in the same petri dish. And hope to get more knowledge in mixed culture between P.Chrysosporium and T.viride.The volatile compounds, production of oxalate production, the activity of Lip and p H were detected in the mixed culture. The analysation and comparation of results showed that:The VOCs detected in mixed culture and pure culture elucidated that the mixed culture can degrade straw more efficiently to some extent. Two sesqiterpenes(phellandrene and cyclohexadiene) were identified only in mixed culture, which represent the antagonistic realationship between T.viride and P.chrosospoorium. The sesquiterpene(cyclohexadiene)only detected in the interaction area of mixed culture maybe revealed that the lignocellulose degradation mechanism in the interaction area of mixed culture is different from that in the else area. Comparing VOCs of different area in the same petri dish could be considered as an effective ways to analysis the lignocellulose degradation mechanism in mixed culture. The secretion of oxalte in P.Chrysosporium maybe reveal that the P.Chrysosporium can degrade the lignin more effective than the T.viride.The variation of oxalate production in mixed culture showed a down trend because of interference of T.viride, the possible reasons is the antagonistic realationship. The T.viride and P.chrysospoorium producted Lip,but the production of P.chrosospoorium was more.Oxalate was one of the important factors affecting the p H,and it’s variation negatively correlated with the Ph.But the antagonistic realationship could change the correlation.
